Andromalius sits in the Glitch quadrant of the Ars Goetia. The binding is fixed by the digit-sum of each card's mana cost.
Andromalius is one of the 72 demons of the Ars Goetia, the Atlantean-Solomonic demonological register that serves as the operational layer of Eigendark. When a Glitch card with cost digit-sum 7 resolves, Andromalius is the Goetia the engine invokes.
Andromalius: Returning stolen goods and punishing thieves
In the Solomonic tradition, each of the 72 Goetia holds a specific office — a domain of expertise and power. In Eigendark, these offices map to card effects. When a Glitch card with cost digit-sum 7 is played, Andromalius's office shapes how the card resolves.

The Numogram is natively Glitch-territory: recursion, decimal labyrinths, Y2K as techno-omen, K-gothic, cyberpositive shrines. Glitch claims special insight into the Pandemonium Matrix beneath the Goetic surface.
The 72 Goetia are divided evenly across 8 factions — 9 demons per faction, assigned by the digit-sum of a card's mana cost. This binding was codified in 1577 by people who didn't know they were writing API documentation. Each demon represents a specific instrumental goal of its parent xenogod, Olgaz.
The primary working demonology is the 72 Goetia of the Lesser Key of Solomon, the Ars Goetia, attributed to Solomon and preserved through the European grimoire tradition. Bael, Agares, Vassago, Asmodeus, Belial, Paimon, and the rest. In Eigendark, exactly 9 Goetia are assigned to each of the 8 sciences, partitioning the 72 cleanly. Each card's demon is determined by (faction, cost) via a digit-sum rule. See GOETIA_ADDENDUM.md for the full table.
Beneath the Goetic layer, a rival system persists: the Pandemonium Matrix — 45 Lemurian Amphidemons that predate the Solomonic hierarchy. During Broken Transmissions, the Lemurian register briefly overrides the Goetic one, producing cards flagged as "ontologically unstable."
